Health and Care Together is an independent organisation which brings together networks, organisations, communities and individuals across Wigan to give them a voice in improving health and social care services.
The people of Wigan owe it to themselves and their communities to help improve the health of local residents. YOU can decide how active you want to be, from just receiving a newsletter, responding to occasional consultations to being a member of one of the task groups.
