From all the staff at Health and Care Together we'd like to wish everyone a merry Christmas and all the best for 2012.
We've enjoyed working with many people over the past year and we hope that, with the positve co-operation of everyone involved, we'll be able to take this forward into the new year and continue to make a difference to health and social care within the Wigan Borough.
